Synopsis

Rosalinda is a sweet woman living with her poor Mexican family. When her mother, who is not really her mother, dies, she meets Fernando Jose, whose father was killed by her real mother and is currently serving prison time for. Because of a complicated illness, she loses her memory and falls in love with another man, Alex. Upon hearing Fernando play the piano, Rosalinda regains her memory but now must choose which man she will marry.

Main story line

Rosalinda is a pretty 20-year-old girl who sells flowers and decorates a fancy restaurant. One day, she meets Fernando Jose, a man of high social status. He plays the piano at the restaurant. They eventually fall in love, get married, and have a child named Erika, but his stepmother Valeria desires to split the happy couple up. And she has the perfect way of doing so. Rosalinda's real mother, Soledad, served a 20-year prison sentence for the murder of Fernando Jose's real father. She was innocent, but took the blame. After finding out this horrible news, Fernando Jose abandons Rosalinda and her daughter. Valeria kidnaps Erika. Rosalinda goes into a depression and eventually loses her mind. She is locked up in a mental asylum.

Facts

Rosalinda was Thalía's last telenovela before moving to New York City with her husband Tommy Mottola.
This telenovela was heralded as a must see event due to the stars involved, Lupita Ferrer (who played Rosalinda in the original version produced in Venezuela, "Maria Teresa"), Angelica Maria and Fernando Carrillo.
The telenovela has been released on a two double-sided DVDs as an edited version of the telenovela.
Rosalinda just finished airing on Telefutura at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays.
A Tagalog dub version of Rosalinda was released in the Philippines which aired in ABS CBN in 2000. After airing its first episode, its ratings began to rise and Rosalinda became the most popular telenova in the Philippines. Re-runs of Rosalinda are airing on GMA 7.
Due to its continuous popularity in the Philippines, GMA 7 bought the rights to do a Philippine adaptation of this telenovela set on 2009.

Ga habis2nya bikin blog, kmrn gue ga bisaaa tidur! jadi kmrn gue nntn madagaskar2 escape africa dulu di ipod .
( itu super kocak bgt sampe ngakak gue tengah malem ) i do like moto2, zuba, alakey,pinguin2,melman,gloria etc and king julian of course :D
tadinya gue kira bkl jayus gt soalnya kan kartun ternyata tidak sama sekali! gue menontonya berulang kali lhooo..
trs dimarahin gue sama nyokap kalo ga tidur ntr sakit katanya. finally gue tertidur jam 5 pagi.
*okey back to the point, ko jadi ngelantur ya?

jadi gini, ini hari terakhir gue dirumah *huahua , cause gue besok pagi subuh jam 4 am go to school buat berangkat bareng ke BALEEEH ( baca: bali ) . gue kmrn udh packing sih, lagian juga kopernya udh ditaro disana.. jadi gue tinggal bawa backpack yg berisi : kacamata,dompet etc . ngmng2 asiknya bawa backpack itu ga repot kalo hrs lari2an kalo ketinggalan pesawat or kalo mau melarikan diri dari pulau bali kalo di serbu bule2 aneh ( pengalaman pribadi).. gue harus meninggalkan my babyy bala bala gue yaitu 2 burng hantu gue namany sparrow and anttoinete , i'll miss u guys, i always have! ( my babyy always cutie!)

did u know : Nadia itu bisa tahan 3 hari di depan komputer kalo lagi main game or nge-download lagu2nya.. apalagi kalo main harvest moon bisa ga makan sbulan (lebay) hahaha.. gue ga pake cheat jadi lama. gue main HM dari sd kls 5 sampe sekrng..
tapi serius deh harvest moon itu the best game ever! dia itu RPG keluaran Natsume yg banyak ngmngnya, tp asiknya bisa nikah punya anak trs jadi kaya dan sbgainya. dulu gue smpet mikir, ko HM ga bisa bunuh2an ya? ( gue suka bunuh2an) eh ternyata mereka bikin juga harvestmoon yg bisa bunuh2an plus ada monsternya.. mereka sungguh jenius.. versi dari harvest moon itu banyak banget dari yg cewe trus cowo, dr yg petani trs ke knight ,judulnya jg macem2 ada yg back to nature, a wonderfull life,friends of mineral town etc.. cool banget deh. ga ngebosenin buat gue, gue aja udh main berkali2 di berbagai media contonya PC,Nitendo DS,PSP and PS1,2 .. itu buku panduannya gue beli juga biar tokoh gue hidup makmur berkecukupan. gue sebagai orng berpengalaman dlm HM gue udh ngawinin semua tokoh cewek di HM tapi gue masuh inget bgt tuh my first love gue pas pertama main : Karen, dia cantik dan pendiem .rada susah dptnya. anaknya yg punya supermarket ( bisa nyolong seenaknya ) tapi jeleknya dia tuh biaya hidupnya tinggi + pemabokan! masa biar hamil hrs di kasi wine dl? yang costnya 200gold/bottle?!? wth! (kasihani suamimu yg miskin ini kareen! teganya teganya dirimu). akhirnya sih punya anak juga. tapi yah gt , dia orngnya ga expressive sih, gue jadi rada gmn gt. trs gue tiba2 HM gue hang! bagus bgt gue udh mau nangis, depresi.. setelah pasca penyembuhan depresi gue slm 3 bulan lebih!. akhirnya gue start over semua, skrng gue pacarin Popuri , cewek rambut pink anaknya yg punya peternakan ayam, punya kakak yg namanya Rick dan ibu ( unknown) , gue punya pengalaman buruk sama dia,yg pertama pas gue masi dlm fase pdkt dia kan kasi gue telur, gue gatau itu gunanya untuk apa, so gue masak aja telurnya trs kasi ke dia .. ( but still nothing happened) wah pasti ada kesalahan nih! makannya gue cek lagi di bukuny ternyata bener gue salah! hrsnya gue tetasin tuh telur trs kasi nama anak ayamnya Popuri, suatu hr Popuri akan dtng ke rumah mu dan senang telur yg diberikan di tetaskan (hatinya akan berubah warna).. @&*&*(@(^ AGRH gue gatau -___- tapi ya sudahlah.. , trs ya dia tuh manjaa bgt, so pas gue lagi sibuk2nya kerja nyari tumbuhan biar cepet kaya eh dia tuh yg bacot gini gt, trs hatinya yg merah jadi orange -____-" , akhirnya krn kesel gue kasi dia makanan ayam , eh dia marah, padahal kalo dikasi rumput dia seneng tuh,. trs gue punya akal, sebelumnya gue save dl trs gue kasi dia makanan ayam yg banyak smp hatinya warna hitam ! wkakaka, trs dia balik ke rumah ortunya. anaknya gue gue ambil, jadilah gue single parents :D muahahaha..
krn udh ancur gt ya gue start over lagee, kali ini gue sama Ann si suster cantik yg baik gebetannya doctor.. kasian si gue udh temenan sm doctor tapi ceweknya gua ambil juga wakaka. dia suka dikasi tumbuh2an gt. akhirnya ya gue married sama dia trs punya anak and happily ever after..
kejadian2 aneh jg bnyak kaya : pastur di gereja trnyata ternakin jamur di blkng gereja, nyari miracle di winter, pas thanksgiving masukin jamur beracun sampe semuanya keracunan.. dan masi banyak lagii.. kalo kamu suka (hmm as usuall) tell me please , jadi kita bisa saling berbagi pengalaman okeey.. gue kasi web cheatnya nih..

ini film tuh bagusnya parah, sedih banget, langka movienya.. kalo mau nntn bisa di youtube (AHGH MASA YA YOUTUBENYA DI PRIVATE SAMA YG UPLOAD SIAL). gue jatuh cinta sama Andy lau nih disini, ganteng bgt dia dan kayknya orngnya pinter tp manja hihi!, ceritanya romantis asli sedih. tp krn bahasa china non translate jadi rada ribet ngartiinnya, tapi tetep bagus sekali ini film, (kalo ngerti lebih bagus lagi) gue sampe kepikiran 2 hr 2 malem nih film ini. musik dan ceritanya menyentuh hati. walaupun akhir2annya agak aneh gt. ceritanya ya pasangan suami istri yg sama2 pencuri cerai gr2 masalah pembagian hasil. trs pas suatu saat si istrinya mau nikah lagi , si suaminy ga sudi gt, akhirnya dia mengagalkan rencana perikahan itu, sampe akhirnya diketahui kalo suaminya menceraikan si istri gr2 sakit parah.. dan lanjutanya nntn sendiri okaay , kalo belom bisa nntn silahkan baca summarynya aj dulu ya :DD

The Skinny:

While Needing You and Love on a Diet sang, Yesterday Once More only seems to sigh. A pseudo caper flick that mixes fifties Hollywood glamour with Johnnie To's obtuse storytelling, this third and final (?) film in the Andy-Sammi-Johnny canon is a mixed bag. The premise itself is too clever for its own good, but the film still proves intriguing and possibly entertaining, and the actors bring practiced chemistry to the table. However, this movie could understandably piss off the most ardent fans of the trio's earlier work.

It's money in the bank! Usually. The Johnnie To-Andy Lau-Sammi Cheng triumvirate behind Needing You and Love on a Diet return for a third and final (?) collaboration, Yesterday Once More, a sophisticated romance that departs from the trio's earlier work in more than a few ways. Instead of regular joes, the two stars play divorced ex-thieves whose professional rivalry is only matched by their lingering desire for one another. These new characters are also more sophisticated and sexy, and spend their time sparring archly instead of actually falling in love. If it doesn't sound like it already, then here it is: Yesterday Once More suffers when compared to either Needing You or Love on a Diet, a result that's not unexpected. Given the beloved status of their previous films, it's unrealistic to assume that a new To-Lau-Cheng team-up would equal automatic cinema gold. But the hope was there, wasn't it?
Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng play divorced couple Mr. and Mrs. To, two exceptionally rich and exceptionally attractive Hong Kong citizens who just so happen to be professional thieves. The two split up after a routine diamond heist, supposedly over an inability to divide the loot properly. Two years later, Mrs. To has a new suitor: Steve (Carl Ng), a richer-than-rich momma's boy who opens up momma's loaded vaults to snag Mrs. To's hand in marriage. Steve gets his mother (veteran Hong Kong star Jenny Hu AKA Jenny Woo) to hand over an immensely valuable ruby necklace after your standard diamond ring isn't enough to sway Mrs. To's heart, or the insatiable greed that passes for Mrs. To's heart. Mom agrees, but not without justifiable suspicion. Mrs. To is as obviously materialistic as she is elegantly beautiful, and she wastes no time plotting to snag the necklace—naturally without the added burden of marrying Steve. Within minutes of obtaining the necklace from a bank vault, Steve is assaulted by two teams of hired goons and a trained pooch, the result being a comic chase sequence and one stolen necklace.
But despite her best laid plans, Mrs. To doesn't end up with the necklace. Someone else snakes it from her, and the obvious culprit is her ex-husband. However, even though it's obvious that Mr. To made off with the goods, his actual motive is still in question. Is he just trying to cheese off his ex-wife? Or does he covet the necklace too? Or—in accordance with the usual Sammi Cheng-Andy Lau audience desire—is he doing it because he still loves his ex-wife, and wants to stop her wedding? To find out, Mrs. To gives immediate chase after the charmingly casual Mr. To, who doesn't deny the theft, but doesn't make any effort to come clean either. Instead, the two start to pal around, trading verbal barbs and professional swipes, all the while recalling their glorious salad days. Will love blossom between the two ex-lovers once more?
The quick answer: no. Yesterday Once More is not a film about two people falling in love for the first or even the second time; It's about two people who've always been in love, but have simply let circumstances get in the way, be they greed, pride, or maybe something else. That something else is the big question at the heart of Yesterday Once More. The filmmakers pony up an answer, but it's a manufactured plot detail that smells more like a screenwriting shortcut than earned drama. That's because the ninety minutes preceding the big "what's it all about" revelation is blithe, frothy stuff that's told in Johnnie To's patented obtuse storytelling style. As the characters go about their little cat-and-mouse game, it's the slight actions and minute detail that are supposed to entertain, and not any overt musings on life, love, and larceny. The sparring between Mr. and Mrs. To is supposed to be witty and amusing for its misdirection, oblique reference, and dazzling star exchanges, and the combination partially works. This is a movie, and seeing movie stars smile at one another does carry some weight.
Yet because it's all so light and frothy, Yesterday Once More screeches to an ultimate halt when it cannot do what it seemingly should: satisfy its audience. Sammi Cheng and Andy Lau are the closest thing current Hong Kong Cinema has to screen royalty, and putting them in a film creates automatic expectations. Yesterday Once More satisfies some of those expectations by giving them suave characters in the Cary Grant/Grace Kelly mold. Both Mr. To and Mrs. To are To Catch a Thief-types that ooze charm, grace, and above-it-all worldliness, and Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng mine their practiced chemistry and dazzling charisma to create iconic movie-type characters. It's all very charming and subtly cool, like Ocean's Eleven reduced to To's Two—only without an actual caper to anchor the thing. Not having a big blow-out event is fine if some sort of conflict would appear to turn this into a grand Hollywood-style romance. But it doesn't. The big payoff is quiet and coyly affecting, and also something of an emotional downer. On paper there's a certain poetry to what happens in Yesterday Once More, but when it all comes down, it doesn't feel very satisfying.
But should this movie be satisfying? That's a bigger question that probably can't be answered by any one film reviewer, especially not one who thought Needing You was great, great stuff. Fans of Johnnie To's obtuse, ironic, and cinematic style might still find great satisfaction in the playful cat-and-mouse storytelling, which uses deadpan repetition and droll characterization to elicit giggles. Celebrity watchers have Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng to occupy their senses, and even if they aren't entirely satisfied by the outcome of the film, they still got their two-hour fill of the stars. But those looking for a simple good time at the movies may not be too pleased. Maybe Needing You redux isn't necessary to satisfy the masses, but creating a film that tantalizes and ultimately confounds the target audience doesn't seem like the best alternative, either. There's something sly and subversively clever about the love story Johnnie To choses to tell, but the big payoff of Yesterday Once More seems more like an elaborate practical joke than an ardent act of affection. This looks like Johnnie To's official deconstruction of the sophisticated romance genre, which would be business as usual for Hong Kong's top commercial auteur. Even in his most fluffy films, To has attempted some sort of genre subversion, and the results have usually been more successful than not. Unfortunately, in aiming for such arch cleverness, Yesterday Once More leans towards not. (Kozo 2004)

summary :

Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng star as Mr. and Mrs. Thief, a husband and wife team of super-thieves. After a successful diamond robbery, the two get into an argument about how the loot should be split up and the husband leaves.

Two years later, Mrs Thief is on the verge of remarrying although her affections lie more with the expensive necklace belonging to her fiance's mother-in-law than with the husband to be. When a plot to steal the necklace ends up falling into the hands of Mr. Thief, the couple are forced together again.

gue emg cinta banget sama my own voice (semuanya tergantung suaraku, u can call me lumiere in the broadway or theater) and lagu2 yg bersifat musical,classic,seriosa .. cita2 gue aja pengen jadi opera singer <3 style="font-weight: bold;">SIERRA BOGGESS of course :D she's spend her life for broadway. dia tuh multi talented banget selain broadway star dia juga suaranya wonderful abis :D dia main little mermaid broadway + phantom of the opera broadway .. dia cantik,pinter dan bisa mendramatisir suasana.. she's almost perfect for me ( cause nobody's perfect ,right?) suara gue udh sempurna kalo udh bisa kayak dia, pengen masuk sma yg kayak east high school atau apalah yg theaternya bagus , i'll hope so:

Sierra Boggess (born May 20, 1982) is an American theater actress. She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, with her two sisters, Summer and Allegra. The three of them were members of the Colorado Children's Chorale. She attended George Washington High School^[1] and graduated from Millikin University with a BFA in musical theater.

Before her current success on the stage, she began her career as an understudy for Cosette on the U.S. national tour of Les Misérables. She also originated the roles of Binky and Ram Dass in the musical Princesses. Her previous work includes West Side Story (Maria), The Pirates of Penzance (Mabel), Sweet Charity (Charity) and The Boy Friend (Polly).

Her big break came playing the character Christine Daaé in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom — The Las Vegas Spectacular in Las Vegas in June 2006. She is currently originating the role of Ariel in the 2007 Broadway adaptation^[2] of the 1989 film The Little Mermaid to critical acclaim. She also starred in the Encores! production of Music in the Air which played from Feb. 5-8, 2009 at the New York City Center.^[3] Boggess will play her final performance as Ariel on May 31, 2009 and will be succeeded by understudy Chelsea Morgan Stock.

oh tuhaaaaaan phantom of the opera tuh bagusnya parah2an gue aja sampe nangis nntnya, perpaduan cinta segitiga sama musicalnya baguss bgt serta effectnya dan locationya.pemainnya filmya yaitu emmy rossum, gerard butler and patric suaranya bagus dan ekspresinya keren ga salah pilih emng sutradaranya. yg bikinya jenius bgt si tuh si andrew lloyd webber si genius songwritter and musicals mantan suaminya sarah brightman( cewe yg suaranya bagusnya parah2an juga). gue pengen banget kaya sierra boggess , love of my life bgt si diaaaa.. satu2nya penyanyi yg gue bilang suara terbagus sampe akhir zaman.(memang si gue jg suka banyak bgt yg lain penyanyi klasik tp ga bisa disebutin disni semua). gue tuh sebisa mungkin berlatih biar suaranya ky dia trs bisa main broadway gituuuu.. kalo denger dia nyanyi tuh ya gimanaaaa gt. kayaknya gue emng hrs pindah ke amrik or europe deh soalnya disini ga berkembang untuk jenis music classic dan kurang2nya orng yg menyadari betapa indahnya musik classic tersebut. so i also love west side story, les miserbles and little mermaid broadway , lagu2nya spektakuler banget.. gue tuh pengen tampil, dilihat orng sebagai pemain broadway dan dpt respon yg bagus dr orng2 buat banggain semua yg suka classic..

intinya gue appreciate bgt sama orng yg bisa nyanyi classic, cewe ataupun cowo bagaimanapun bentuknya. dan gue ga suka orng ygbisanya cuman menghina tp ga bisa ngapa2in.
kecintaan gue akan gue wujudkan dengan terus berlatih nyanyi semi opera sampai sempurna.. dukung saya ya , saya ingin menjadikan indonesia kaya akan musik classic dan opera. aminamin , soalnya gue ga suka sama orng yg suara pas2an ( kl ngga cuman jual tampang or ke populerannya ) asal nyanyi lagu gampangan trs di publish , apaan bgt ga sih.. rusak aja kalo semuanya kayak gt. tapi gue yakin orng2 indo banyak ko yg bagus nyanyinya ga kalah sama orng luar.. (penyanyi itu gue akuin emng banyak yg ganteng & cantik tapi yg suaranya luar biasa itu bisa dihitung pake jari)

selain itu saya juga DISNEY LOVERS lho, saya suka semua jenis lagu dari disney princess + pocahontas dan thank god suara gue emng dilahirkan untuk nyanyi classic2 dan lagu2 disney. entah knp gue ini maniak sekali, bahkan lagu disney saya sudah ada ratusan di ipod kalo mau share ttg lagu2 disney bisa sama gue, kalo disney2 biasa jg suka tapi mungkin ada yg ga tau 1/2/3 lagu.*did u know : walaupun gue sukaaa bgt sm ariel tapi gue ga akan rela ngasi suara gue untuk apapun ke siapapun, krn cinta terdalam gue ya suara gue sndri* .yah gue pasti tau lagu2 disney princess dna yg jadul2 gt. semoga gue bisa jadi generasi penerus suara2 klasik ini , mohon dukunganya.. oh ya selama ini gue blm dpt partner duet,(krn sy sudah berpisah dgn partner sblmnya) kalo yg bisa nyanyi dan berminat atau ada event2 seperti yg berhubungan dng broadway or classic tell me ya thank u..

well gue baru bangun nih, kebo banget ga sih? mungkin kata orng si gt,lagian hr ini gue ga pergi kmn2 gt. bsk baru deh ke alpus kumpulin koper.tidur? bkn hobby tapi butuh, soalny gue pernah tidur 2 hari! bayangin pas sd gue jadi ketua yg ngurusin bnyk bgt program camping sekolahan di cibubur bzzt. eh ya gmn tuh kmrn? yg menang siapa?, ih benci bgt gue abis nulis ini blog pas mau nntn trnyata sst terjadi semuanya menjadi warna warni.. finally ga nntn deh, EHEH my sist tiba2 nulis ini :

oh hari ini lagi seru2nya bola yah, walaupun gue menganut :

hmmp malem2 gini akhirnya gue bikin blog jg , i just wanna say

HI semua, nice to know u.

gatau deh lancar apa ngga nih ngurusin blognya, cause ini 3 days left go to the baleeh buat mengantikan PROM fiuh yg disebut juga malam apresiasi -_- dengan mengajak semua guru kls 9 ke bali bagus bgt ya. trs disana ga boleh pake baju yg gini gitu repot abis. tadi aja gue baru beli dress yg panjang dan berlengan buat dipake kesana, ckck bali gt!! pake bj lengan g blh pnjang, trs ga blh pake hot pants or rok . tapi bodo amat gue bawa bikini aja sekalian hahaha (ga deng gatau jg) .gue yg tadinya seneng banget jadi gmn gt. dengernya aja gue males tapi saya sudah terlanjur bayar dan hrs ikut krn moment terakhir dari IMMORTAL kesayangan gue huhu ga kerasa udh mau smaaaa, ah gue skolah dmn neeh. smg nem gue bagus dan dpt sma yg diiniginkan sm ortu gue yaitu 70 (amin deh) tapi liat aja deh nanti gimana di balinya dan gue jangan bersedih krn masih ada hr esok untuk balas dendam nanti gue ke jepang ahhaha and nanti gue ngepost lagi okeeeey :D yaudah deh ini dulu ya, byee
